Conscious Mind Concepts (Pty) Ltd provides business transformation consultancy, leadership and sales coaching, corporate workshops and related training services. The specific scope, duration and fees for any engagement are confirmed in writing following a Discovery Call.
Enquiries submitted via WhatsApp, our contact form or email do not constitute a binding booking. A formal quotation and scope of work will be provided and must be accepted by both parties before a programme is scheduled.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis and confirmed in the relevant quotation or proposal.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for booked sessions will be set out in the individual proposal for your engagement.
All training materials, frameworks and content developed by Conscious Mind Concepts remain the intellectual property of Conscious Mind Concepts (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we bring care and expertise to every engagement, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including implementation by your own team. Our services are provided on this basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
